If you will be away from your residence to visit your family, travel abroad, etc. for a fairly long time, you can use this service to have a better protection of your properties. Please click here to make an online reservation for an application for the temporary intense patrol in your community. The online service is only available in Chinese so if you need assistance to use it please contact us. After you make a reservation, the responsible officer of your community will contact you to complete the application.

You can also telephone the police stations or precincts in your community for the application. Furthermore, you can also make a reservation on the MOD Service Portal of Hsinchu Government. You need to provide your information on the MOD system and upload it. When the officer receives your reservation request on the MOD system, you will be contacted to complete the application.

After you use either ways to make a reservation, you can expect to be contacted in 2 working days. The police officer will then set up a temporary patrol box close to your residence in your community and thereby protect your properties while you are away.
