Service at Counter-HsinChu County Police Bureau

You can apply for the permit in person or by mail to the required documents to the 3^rd or 4^th unit of the precincts of Hsinchu County Police Bureau. If the outdoor assembly or parade activity should be across several jurisdictions of the precincts, you will need to apply at the Public Security Section of Hsinchu County Police Bureau. Your application will be processed in 3 working days, and when your application is accepted, you can collect your permit in person or via post service.

B. A roster of the responsible person, his or her proxy and the picket staff.

C. An illustration of the venue of the assembly and the route and the venue for gathering and dismissal sites of the parade.

D. Consent documents from the owner or manager of the venue of the assembly shall be enclosed.

E. The applicant’s identity card (not copy).
