The owner of the stolen vehicle or plate can apply for a certificate for the vehicle or plate Theft. The applicants should prepare the required documents to the police station in the jurisdiction of which the vehicle or plate theft took place. A theft certificate will be issued when the theft case is certified and its owner’s identity is verified.
